Staff Portriat Assignment

Posted by cgaub on 1st February 2011

7th Grade Art Students are completing a unit on Portraits. First we learned the proportions of the human face and did several practice exercises that allowed us to learn how to draw faces properly. Then we learned some different methods for drawing portraits including: the GRID method, POP ART Style using Photo shop Cut out Filters, and the ENLARGEMENT process using a projector. Then students selected a staff member of their choice, a media and a method. I will be sharing the wonderful results here!
